At JPL Youth Team programs are designed with Long-Term Athlete Development in mind. This term relates to developing young athletes by doing the right things at the right time to support a long term plan of sport success, not necessarily immediate development. Children will learn the basics of movement and develop a foundation for future training through fun, engaging exercises and motivation for a healthy lifestyle. Whether your child is in need of general physical fitness, learned engagement in organized sporting activities, or giving them an opportunity to expend some energy, JPL has a program for each stage of physical development.
We have designed our age group teams based on specific levels of athletic development. Please see below to see where the athlete best fits:
- Jet Cadet Team ages 8-11
- Fundamental Team ages 12-14
- High School Team ages 15-18
- Collegiate Team- All Sports
