Adult clients have a wide range of goals, training experience and fitness levels. For these reasons we have developed two different teams for our adult clients.
Jet Camp- For our less experienced, more general fitness oriented clients. These organized, progressive, challenging workouts are developed to improve fitness, body composition, mobility, everyday quality of life, and individual goals.
Adult Strength Team- For our experienced clients interested in a more intense, athletic strength training program. These programs will be designed to progressively improve mobility, strength, general physical fitness and individual goals.
